wolf vs. spider?

im a lvl 35 hunter and want a new pet. im a soloer at heart altho i like instances every once in a wile and pvp. wen im higher i wanna do raids to. i like spiders cuz they can put a web on u(dont know wat the ability is called). and i heard raids like wolves fer the buff. which 1?                           plz help                     :) :) :) :) ;) :) :)Sure thing, my illiberal friend. It really depends on your spec. If you are a Beast Master then you would not need the spider to web your enemies since there are many talent points to will allow your pet to hold aggro, and therefor you would need a wolf. I'm not sure about Marksmanship or Survival, but I do know that if you're Feign Death is on a cooldown and your pet can't control its aggro, then you would need a spider to web your opponents. There's where you'll be using Misdirect, Disengage, or traps.  If you're survival spec'ed, you can cast Scatter Shot to 'slow' it down before your pet grabs aggro back.  Go with a wolf, turn off growl and you should be fine with agro. Let it attack an oponent for a couple of secs to build agro before you shoot when your soloing. You can even use multishot with a little frost trap set if youre pet is getting pumeled by two mobs get one CC that way. I mean turn of cower my bad lol lol Also you can have both. It is after all about what you like. I have four pets I rotate them to keep them all my lvl I'm only 24:) "Go with a wolf, turn off growl and you should be fine with agro ...you must have a crappy gun or bow...Lol xDDude...wait a couple of levels, go to STV and get the gorilla. Thunderstomp is killer and they hold aggro very well. I tamed a spider (black widow from duskwood) around halloweeen just for kicks, the web ability is nice, but they dont do alot of damage. For AOE damage, go with the gorilla. Cats do great DPS on a single target, and also hold aggro very well. Raptors are also nice pets, good DPS and threat generation. You can also get them at various levels...20's from Wetlands, 50's from Un'Goro...and Devilsaurs when you get higher than that.

hunter or warlock
i made a warlock with my friend until he catches up with my hunter main which is lvl 36 and now don't know which one to stick with plz help Stick with the hunter...you'll find it easier to live with yourself in the long run;P Spamming fear on people and watching them run helplessly around while your dots drain them in pvp is fun for a while, but soon it just makes you feel all dirty;Dit depends i have a lock and a hunturd... if your into pvp i'd say stick with the hunturd, but if your into pve use the lock, but spec him destro, i use my hunturd for pvp and my lock for pve... it's all what you like most... they're pretty much the same class, eye of the beast, eye of kilrog. fear, scare beast(only works on beasts though) wand, bow,or gun. demon, beast. arcane shot, shadow bolt. they even have three types of pets like locks... damage, defense, and if you spec'd demonology, both...
