Ok i just hit 70 as ret. Now i want to tank sie no one likes ret in grp stuff iouldent pk up any prot gear. Is thier a way to tank in s2
armorus that would be easy to get then trying to bk trk all the gear drop..if so wh set od S2 would i pk up to tank non hero stuff to start gearing up prot.
yeah, definitely wouldn't rommend tanking in any kind of pvp gear. and if you're gonna get the s2 gear, you might as well get the ret gear (aled). retan get in groups even now, and in just over a week with the new talents ret will be mh more desireable for raiding. just stk it out.
tool, wish I was on your server = If you don't haveC on mine, you ain't goin on no group run :( And for the OP, I'd never let someone in PvP gear tank for me. Sorry, but grabbing "of thehampion" greens off the AH is a better way to go imo if you really want to tank that bad.
If you don't have any tanking gear then you will fail at tanking really. A viable way of getting tanking gearan be to PVP to get the healing me and maybe one or 2 of the healing bits, selt healing gear from any outstanding quests that offer healing gear and maybe buy some AH healing stuff. Then go and heal some instaes and try and pk up tanking gear. If you roll with a drood tank then there are
no issues with you having the plate tanking gear, if its a warrios or pally tankinghk to see if they are happy with you rolling on tanking gear (they should be) and youan get a reasonable tanking set in a short time. If you aren't up for that wait for the xp as tankinghanges but even so getting a tanking set should still be worthwhile.
