it happens to often to be latey, and my ping is generally around 30-40ms. there does seem to be a bit of extra 'give' in the range if you've already startedasting. from what ian tell it's 'max' (don't
quote this) 5yrds extra ontop of your max range. the only reason ian think of there being this bit of extra give is for the odd abilities like fearatter shotblind whhan sometimes push the target just out of range multle times, so being a nuisae. another possible reasonould be to givehanneled spells a bit of extra 'give' to them with moving targets
It's not the latey (or at least not JUST that). There is a extra range of what seems like 3 yards beyond maxasting range whh doesn't breakasting.

I respced to Demo and messed up points everywhere I think, so sometime soon I'm going to sk it up and pay to resp again.an anyone let me know if all are viable, none are, or a make improvementscomments? Thanks in advae. Also if you suggest one build let me know where the next 4 points would go. I'm basally a solo player, mostly just doing quests and grinding mobs. Sometimes I team up with one other person, a Rogue. I don't do any PvP now, and will resp at 70 for PvP and orraiding so those aren't really important ftors to the builds below.
